Loaded Pita Bread

Had the nicest light lunch all thanks to my Agora stash of goodies. I used their thick Greek pita bread that I keep in my freezer and pull out at whim, and toasted it in a little of their olive oil in a skillet. I topped one with Agora feta cheese, cranberries, pistachio and balsamic cream, and one with grilled halloumi, oregano, and a drizzle of honey. Pure happiness. If you haven’t tried halloumi with honey before PLEASE DO. The salty brininess of the cheese is tempered with that touch of sweetness. It’s magical!

Feat cheese

Cranberries

Balsamic cream

Halloumi

Oregano

Honey

Method

  1. Toast pita bread in a little bit of olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Top with Agora feta cheese, cranberries, pistachio and balsamic cream, or with grilled halloumi, oregano, and a drizzle of honey.
