This is an unripened, brined cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk, and a small amount of grade A cow's milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled, yet stays within its shape and form.

Our Cypriot labneh is the best fresh cheese spread available. It's naturally high in calcium and a great healthier alternative to regular creams. Ideal product for mixing into fruits salads or simply on some toast with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and some freshly cracked black pepper.
